Reservation
Securing your new home with Houston’s Homes is a straightforward and transparent process, designed to give you confidence from the outset.
Once you’ve selected your preferred plot, our team will guide you through the reservation agreement and everything you need to know moving forward. To formally reserve your home, a reservation fee of £500 is required. This ensures your chosen property is removed from the market and held exclusively for you.
During your reservation, both the agreed purchase price and your selected plot are secured for a defined period, giving you the certainty to move ahead without pressure.
Timescales & Completion
An anticipated date of entry will be outlined at the point of reservation. This is provided as a projected window rather than a fixed date, allowing for the nature of the construction process.
As your home progresses, we will keep you regularly updated and provide more accurate timescales as key milestones are reached.

Following reservation, your home buying journey begins. You will be provided with clear guidance on the next stages, including:

Priority Reservation
For selected homes, we offer a Priority Reservation option giving you the opportunity to secure your preferred plot before it is officially released to the market.
This is for buyers who want to stay one step ahead and avoid missing out on high-demand plots.
How It Works
A Priority Reservation will allow you to place an early hold on a home prior to formal release, including before final pricing and completion dates are confirmed.
To secure your position, a smaller reservation fee is taken of typically £250 which ensures:

What Happens Next
Once the home is formally released, you will be provided with full details including price, specification, and anticipated timescales.
